Delete your Yazora account

Account deletion is permanent. Export any documents you want to keep and cancel active App Store or Google Play subscriptions in the store that billed you. Deleting your Yazora account does not automatically cancel a store subscription.

• Transfer ownership or administration before leaving a Team workspace that depends on you.
• Keep your recovery code only until you have exported the encrypted content you need.
• Do not send passwords, recovery codes, or document content with your request.

Use the Request account deletion link on this page. Send the request from your Yazora account email and identify the account and any workspaces the request concerns. Our privacy team will reply to verify account ownership before deletion begins.

We normally complete a verified request within 30 days. If a legal or workspace-ownership issue requires more time, we will explain the delay and the next required step.

After verification, we delete or irreversibly de-identify the account data controlled by Yazora.

• Your sign-in account, profile, avatar, personal preferences, and linked sign-in records.
• Personal workspaces, documents, templates, tags, publications, comments, and uploaded media that you control.
• Device, sync, encryption-enrollment, recovery, and notification records associated with your account.
• Yazora billing entitlements and store-account bindings, except records that must be retained by law.

Content owned by a Team workspace may remain under that workspace's control so other authorized members do not lose shared business records. Your membership is removed and personal identifiers in retained collaboration history are deleted or de-identified where practical. Contact us before deletion if ownership must be transferred.

Deleted data may remain in encrypted disaster-recovery backups for up to 30 days before automatic expiration. Security and fraud-prevention logs may be retained for up to 90 days. Subscription, tax, accounting, dispute, and legal records are retained only for the period required by applicable law, then deleted or aggregated so they no longer identify you.

App Store and Google Play keep their own transaction records under their policies. A Yazora deletion request does not delete data controlled independently by those stores.
