Accepting these Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") form an agreement between you and Yazora ("Yazora", "we", "us", or "our") when you access or use our website, web, desktop, or mobile applications, workspaces, and related services (together, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use Yazora for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that organization.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use Yazora. If the law where you live requires a higher age or authorization from a parent, guardian, school, or organization, you may use the Service only after that requirement is satisfied.

  • Provide accurate account information and keep it current.
  • Protect access to your email, devices, sessions, and authentication methods.
  • Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized account or workspace access.
  • Remain responsible for activity performed through your account unless applicable law provides otherwise.

Workspaces, roles, and permissions

Personal and team workspaces have separate members, roles, permissions, and administration. Workspace owners and administrators can manage membership and access to content. An organization may control content and settings in workspaces it manages.

You are responsible for choosing appropriate workspace members and permissions before adding, sharing, or publishing confidential content.

Your content and the permission we need

Your documents, files, drawings, tables, comments, and other workspace materials remain your content. These Terms do not transfer ownership of your content to Yazora.

  • You retain ownership of content you create or upload.
  • You must have the rights and permissions needed to use, upload, share, or publish that content.
  • You grant Yazora a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, process, transmit, display, and back up content only as needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the Service or comply with law.
  • This operational license ends when the content is deleted from our systems, subject to reasonable backup, security, dispute, and legal-retention periods.

Sharing and publishing

Sharing with members and publishing to the web are actions you control. Review the content, permissions, personal data, confidential information, and third-party rights before making anything available to others.

  • Anyone with the public link may be able to view and redistribute published material.
  • Later private edits do not change the published snapshot until you deliberately update it.
  • Withdrawing a publication disables Yazora's public version, but copies previously saved or shared by others may remain outside our control.

AI and third-party services

Optional AI features send selected text and limited surrounding context through a Yazora service to Google's Gemini API when you request an AI action. Third-party services, websites, integrations, and app stores may apply their own terms and privacy practices.

  • AI output can be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or unsuitable for your purpose.
  • Review AI output before relying on, sharing, or publishing it.
  • Do not submit secrets, highly sensitive information, or material you are not authorized to send to an AI provider.

Acceptable use

Use Yazora responsibly and only for lawful purposes. You may not attempt, assist, or encourage any of the following activities.

  • Break the law, violate another person's rights, or process content without authority.
  • Upload malware, probe security, bypass access controls, or disrupt the Service.
  • Harass, exploit, deceive, impersonate, or facilitate harmful or fraudulent activity.
  • Use automated traffic or extraction that creates unreasonable load or ignores technical restrictions.
  • Reverse engineer or circumvent the Service except where applicable law expressly permits it.
  • Use Yazora to distribute illegal, infringing, or abusive public content.

Free and future paid plans

Yazora currently offers a free plan, including access to up to three team workspaces. Paid plans are not available for purchase yet.

Before any paid plan can be ordered, we will show the plan features, total price, taxes where applicable, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms, and any other information required by law. We will not charge you merely because you have a free account.

Availability, changes, and local data

Yazora is a local-first, evolving Service. We work to keep it secure and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation unless a separate written service-level agreement says otherwise.

  • Unsynchronized local work can be lost if you remove the app, clear browser or device storage, lose the device, or otherwise remove the only local copy.
  • You should keep appropriate exports or backups of important content.
  • Features may be added, changed, limited, or retired as Yazora develops, subject to mandatory notice or contractual obligations.

Suspension and termination

You may stop using Yazora at any time. Where account deletion is available, review and export content you want to keep before closing your account.

We may limit, suspend, or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the Service or other people, investigate suspected abuse, comply with law, address non-payment under a future paid plan, or respond to a material breach of these Terms. When practical and legally permitted, we will provide notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Yazora intellectual property and feedback

The Service, including its software, interface, branding, designs, and documentation, is owned by Yazora or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not give you ownership of Yazora technology or branding.

If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, while we remain responsible for deciding whether and how to use it.

Disclaimers

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. Yazora does not guarantee that every feature will always be available, that synchronized or published content will never be lost, or that AI output will be accurate.

Yazora is a productivity tool and does not provide legal, medical, financial, tax, or other professional advice. You remain responsible for reviewing content and making your own decisions.

Limits of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Yazora is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for lost profits, business, goodwill, data, or opportunities arising from use of the Service.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer remedies.

Applicable law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, except where mandatory law requires another result. If you are a consumer, these Terms do not remove mandatory protections available where you live.

Please contact us first so we can try to resolve a concern. Courts, consumer arbitration committees, regulators, and alternative dispute bodies that have mandatory jurisdiction remain available to you.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the Service, our business, or applicable law changes. We will post the revised Terms here and update the effective date. If a change materially affects your rights, we will provide additional notice where required.

Changes apply prospectively. Continuing to use the Service after updated Terms take effect means you accept them, unless applicable law requires a different form of consent.
